This one-day workshop is a practical introduction to communicating technical information and managing multilingual documentation for international markets.

Who should attend?

Communicators who work with technical information, and anyone whose communications need to be translated into other languages. Thisworkshop will also be of interest to anyone who would like to become involved with technical communication.

Workshop facilitators: Theresa Cameron & Jennifer O'Neill

Theresa Cameron is a consultant for technical documentation. She has worked in a range of industries including environment, telecommunications, finance, IT, and aviation, and is a contributor to academic publications. Theresa is Membership Manager for Society of Technical Communication (STC) France.

Jennifer O'Neill is Senior Technical Writer for GE Security. She has over 10 years experience producing technical documentation for international markets and working with translation agencies. She is President for the France Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (STC).
