Video has always been one of the corporate storyteller's favourite tools, thanks to its ability to combine images and words, emotion and logic. Technical developments that have reduced the cost of production and distribution are now making its use more widespread. This workshop will show you how to leverage video to deliver your messages and build your brand internally and externally.

By the end of the workshop you will have:

  • An understanding of how to use video to build your brand by explaining - and showing - your brand values
  • Ideas for using video externally, as well as in internal communication and training
  • A process for producing a video that starts with content-gathering and scripting, proceeds to production and editing, and ends with distribution
  • Ideas for securing budgets, delivering results and measuring success

What topics will be covered?

  • Integrating video into a communications mix
  • Working with company stakeholders to produce your video
  • Tips for working with an audiovisual firm
  • Using video to build your brand values through storytelling
  • Budgeting and measurement
