This workshop offers a hands-on introduction to crisis communications. Facilitated by two communicators who have practiced crisis communications in a corporate setting, the course will show you how you can prepare your organisation for a possible crisis. Half the day is dedicated to practice and simulated interviews in front of the camera. By the end of this workshop you will have: What topics will be covered? Workshop facilitators: Patricia O'Hayer & Lyndon Hrytzak Patricia O'Hayer has more than 20 years' experience as a communications and public affairs professional in the corporate sector, up to and including the Vice President level. She has developed and implemented issues and crisis management systems in major companies such as Tetra Pak, Baxter and Dow Corning. Other areas of expertise include change management, media relations, leadership and motivation. Lyndon Hrytzak has 20 years' experience in communications, training and management. In addition to crisis communications, recent projects include change management communications and leveraging video in a corporate environment. Who should attend?
