With his extensive sports and corporate coaching experience, Alain Goudsmet presents easy-to-understand case studies on the behavioural, social and business applications of the interaction between mind and body.

The interactive workshop/seminar will consider the following themes:

Alain Goudsmet brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of coaching individuals or groups under pressure, whether managers, employees or athletes. As a top sports coach (from 1980-1996), he trained the junior elite of the Belgian Tennis Federation. As a former international hockey player, Goudsmet served as manager of the Belgian National Hockey Team. With an MBA in management, he is widely recognised as Belgium's #1 "Peak Performance Coach." Goudsmet is also vice president of the Belgian Chapter of the International Coaching Federation, which consists of 6,000 certified professional coaches from all over the world.

Alain Goudsmet is the author of "L'Athlète d'Entreprise".
