Official convocation of the IABC Belgium Annual General Meeting

In accordance with article 18 of the statutes, the Board is pleased to invite you to the IABC Belgium Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Eurovillage on 22nd June 2006.

The AGM is an important meeting with legal requirements, which we must respect as a non-profit organisation registered in Belgium. In principle, we need all members to attend. However, we accept that this may not be feasible. We therefore ask you to please find a way to be represented at the meeting, either by attending or completing the proxy.

Timetable
18:00 - 18:30: Check in
18:30 - 19:15: Annual General Meeting
19:15 - 20:00: Guest speakers
20:00: Cocktail reception, with complimentary drink

Registration
If you cannot attend, please still fill in the registration form and put PROXY TO + name in the "note" field and send your proxy to the secretariat or to the person who will represent you.

Documents
AGM draft agenda - we invite you to send any additions or modifications to the secretariat by 16th June
A proxy to fill in and to send to the secretariat by 16th June.

Internal Audit
We also need two internal auditors to check the accounts on the day of the AGM, from 17:30 to 18:00. Please let us know by 16th June if you are able to help out the chapter in this way: president@iabc.be.
