This training session will focus on the series of steps needed to create a communications strategy. It will lead delegates through the process, from defining objectives and audiences to exploring the most appropriate tools and channels of delivery. The session will offer practical advice designed to help people in getting started and writing a communications strategy in their organisation. Delegates should come prepared with specific examples to use as case studies during the session. Number of participants: Maximum 12 Jim Donaldson is Managing Director of Public Relations at Hill & Knowlton in Brussels. He has more than 15 years' experience as a consultant in public relations and communications across a wide range of industries and disciplines built up in a number of different countries. He moved to Brussels in 2005 from the Middle East, where he ran Hill & Knowlton's eight-office network in the region. Before that he was Managing Director of the Athens office.
